Everi was formed in 2014 through the merger of Global Cash Access Holdings, Inc. and Multimedia Games Holding Company, Inc., officially adopting the Everi name in 2015. The company has since established itself as a major leader in the gaming industry, providing a comprehensive suite of FinTech and Gaming solutions designed to enhance casino operations and player engagement.

At Everi, the demand for high-impact promotional content scales directly with the rapid release cycle of new casino titles. As the lead for this initiative, I was tasked with bridging the gap between complex 3D visualization and high-speed marketing delivery. This project focused on the architectural overhaul of how we showcase our gaming cabinets—the physical hardware that houses our software—in a digital space.
By shifting away from traditional, one-off video production, I transformed our approach into a scalable "digital twin" strategy. This involved building a robust library of 3D cabinet assets that could be instantly populated with dynamic game content. The goal was not just to make a video, but to build a flexible production engine that could handle the diverse visual requirements of the Games Comms department while maintaining the high-gloss aesthetic required for the casino industry.
The existing process for creating promotional videos was time-intensive and inconsistent. With an increasing volume of new game titles, the Games Comms department faced a bottleneck: manually setting up 3D environments for every individual marketing asset. Everi required a solution that could drastically reduce production time without sacrificing the visual quality expected of professional game art.
To address this, I engineered a specialized template system utilizing Adobe After Effects in conjunction with VideoCopilot’s Element 3D. Key features of the streamlined workflow included:
The implementation of this template process successfully transformed the production cycle, allowing the team to move from bespoke manual setups to a standardized, high-speed delivery model. This efficiency gain enabled Everi to maintain a faster go-to-market rhythm for promotional content while ensuring brand consistency across the entire slot game portfolio.
