‍Deep Water Games is an innovative tabletop development studio dedicated to bringing unique, thematic experiences to the board game community. I was brought on board to spearhead the marketing and promotional phase for two high-profile titles in their development pipeline. In an industry where visual storytelling and community trust are paramount, the primary objective was to transform complex game mechanics into engaging, high-conversion digital content.

Operating within a crowdfunding-first model, the project centered on high-stakes Kickstarter campaigns. I worked in lockstep with the development team to architect a comprehensive multi-media strategy, which included:

The results were definitive: both Kickstarter campaigns achieved significant overfunding, exceeding their initial goals and building a loyal player base from the ground up. This successful digital launch provided the necessary leverage for the titles to transition from independent projects to mainstream successes, with both games now secured in the permanent inventory of major retail stores nationwide.
